Clarity Mental Health is currently accepting self-pay for services. Also currently the following insurances: United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Oscar and Oxford insurance

For those with commercial insurance not currently accepted they may use HSA funds as well. If requested can be provided the insurance required form known as a superbill to submit for potential reimbursement through their insurance provider or HSA. 

 

Unfortunately at this time Clarity Mental Health is not able to accept new clients with Medicare or Medicare for self-pay. Please check back for potential changes in this area.
